San Diego Legacy
San Diego Athletic Club is the premier masters water polo program in San Diego county. SDAC Water Polo was formed in 2021 as a merger of the previously separate OMB, Darkside, and Carlsbad Masters Water Polo. San Diego Athletic Club is a 501(c)(3) organization.

OMB ( Old Mission Bay ) water polo was organized and run by Gary Becker as a way to bring in the masters community into the San Diego county area. With no outlet for adult water polo in the area OMB became a staple in the community operating in pools from Carlsbad to El Cajon. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and fun environment for adults to practice and play water polo. We welcome all genders and ages 19 and up.

Our practice structures are typically a 30-minute free warm-up followed by a scrimmage until the end of practice. Drop-in for a quick training session or join us as a member. We offer a selection of affordable options for you to come and enjoy water polo. We'd love to meet you!
